If you have a merchant or organization account with Reveel, these Terms also apply to our organization that has provided you with the Reveel service (the “Organization”) with respect to orders placed by you through the Reveel feature. In the event of a conflict between these terms and Reveel's terms and conditions for business, which apply to the Organisation, Reveel's terms and conditions for business shall take precedence.
“seller or organization account” means a manufacturer/supplier who has entered into an agreement with Reveel and who offers his products and services, if relevant, through the Reveel service.
“Purchase agreement” means an agreement for the purchase of the manufacturer's/supplier's products and possibly delivery services through an order. With regard to orders via Reveel, the Purchase Agreement constitutes a binding agreement between the manufacturer/supplier and the organisation. With regard to the User's orders via any other payment method, the Purchase Agreement constitutes a binding agreement between manufacturers/suppliers and the organization.
“Reveel” means Reveel AS, Visiting address: Løkkeveien 111, 4007 Stavanger, Norway
“Reveel-Flow account” means a user account in the Reveel-Flow app where the Reveel-Flow function has been added.
When we refer to the “Reveel service” we mean both the Reveel app, the Reveel Flow app, the Reveel marketplace reveel.no and other, additional places stated on reveel.no.
“User” or “you”means a natural person who uses the Reveel service. When we refer to “User”, “you” or “your”, it means the person about whom we collect, use and process personal information.
“Sale goods” means daily goods, consumer goods, utility items and other goods made available by manufacturers/suppliers via the Reveel service.
2. Information about the company

3. Description of the Reveel service
3.1Reveel is a sales platform where the user can buy products, merchandise, tickets, services and delivery services from local manufacturers/suppliers. When you buy products from a manufacturer/supplier, Reveel ensures the completion of the purchase, makes the necessary documentation available, quality ensures the product and service value chain through the use of new technology and unique processes. Reveel offers delivery services to pick-up points, linked to products and services purchased on the Reveel marketplace.
3.2Manufacturers/suppliers provide information about their products and services in the Reveel service, including information about products and product prices. Information about delivery fees incurred for each order is available in the Reveel service. If you have allergies or other dietary restrictions, please contact the relevant manufacturers/suppliers. Producers/suppliers will, on request, provide specific information about the food product. The purchase and sale of the manufacturer's/supplier's products and services may be subject to the manufacturer's/supplier's additional terms and conditions, as set out in the Reveel service. The price of the Sale Goods is based on the price applicable at the date of the Order. Please note that there may be minor price changes between the specified price and the final price for the Order for prepackaged goods, as there may be variations in the package weight.
The manufacturer/supplier provides information about allergens and other necessary product-specific information about the products and services offered on the Reveel marketplace. The manufacturer/supplier is responsible for providing all information about the products and services that is required in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including EU regulation no. 1169/2011 on food information to consumers. Where applicable, the Manufacturer/supplier is also responsible for ensuring that the sales price and unit price are stated in accordance with EU Directive 98/6/EU on consumer protection when providing information on prices of consumer goods.
Both the selection of and prices for the Sale Goods available through the Reveel service are determined at the discretion of the manufacturer/supplier. The manufacturer/supplier can also place certain restrictions on your Order, for example quantity restrictions and restrictions on the size of the Order. The manufacturer/supplier is responsible for informing you of any limitation of the Sale Product's availability. User accepts that in the event that a product is temporarily unavailable, the manufacturer/supplier will complete the Order without including this product in the Order. You will not be charged for products that are not available when you place your Order.
3.3When the User selects the products and services they wish to purchase from the Manufacturer/supplier, the User executes a binding purchase order for the products and services from the manufacturer/supplier on the terms and conditions that the User has been presented with in the Reveel service prior to the order (the “Order” ). After the Order has been received, Reveel will transfer the order details to the manufacturer/supplier. When the Order has been accepted by the manufacturer/supplier, and Reveel has given the User an order confirmation on behalf of the manufacturer/supplier, the User or the Customer Organization and the manufacturer/supplier enter into the User Agreement. Reveel will provide the User with an order confirmation and receipt on behalf of the manufacturer/supplier. Regarding food products purchased from specific manufacturers/suppliers: When the Order has been accepted by the manufacturer/supplier and the order confirmation has been given to the User, the User or the Customer Organization and Reveel, in addition to entering into the Purchase Agreement with the manufacturer/supplier for the purchase of the manufacturer/supplier's products, a legally binding agreement for the purchase of any delivery service ordered by the User through the Reveel Service.
3.5After the User has placed an order for take-away or specially ordered products, the order cannot be canceled by the User. You cannot withdraw or cancel an Order for products or delivery services once the order has been placed. Before placing an Order for a product or service, you should carefully consider your choice.
3.6Irrespective of point 3.4, you as a consumer have a statutory right to cancel an Order of Sales Goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of such products. You can cancel such an Order by contacting Reveel or the manufacturer/supplier before the end of the above cancellation period and by returning the product to the manufacturer/supplier's point of sale where you made the Order. Please present the receipt you received from Reveel or the manufacturer/supplier when returning the product. If you contact Reveel in connection with the return of the product or request a refund due to a defect, damage or other fault with the product, Reveel may ask you to send a photograph of the product in question to document and verify the defects. Please note that the manufacturer/supplier may have their own conditions or guarantees that apply in addition to these conditions. the manufacturer/supplier provides separate information to the User about such conditions in the Reveel service.
Food and products which, due to their nature, cannot be resold or which quickly spoil or expire
Products which, due to their nature, cannot be distinguished from other products after receipt
Games, movies, software or other sealed products cannot be canceled when the seal has been broken or other product packaging has been opened
Hygiene and intimate hygiene products after the packaging has been opened
Goods that are manufactured or tailored in accordance with the User's specifications and instructions.
This means that you cannot return, for example, food products by referring to your statutory cancellation rights after purchase. You cannot withdraw, cancel or change an Order for such Sales Goods after the Order has been completed. Please review your selection carefully before placing the Order.
3.7Sale goods must be returned as soon as possible after the Order has been cancelled, and no later than 14 days after the cancellation date. The returned product must be in unused condition and must be able to be resold. The product must be adequately protected and packed either in the original packaging or in a similar way. You are not entitled to a full refund if the returned products are in a reduced condition or have been altered in any way.
3.8The return of Sales Goods that can be canceled must be made to the point of sale where you placed the Order via Reveel. Please contact customer service at the point of sale to return the products. You can see the point of sale on the receipt you received from Reveel or the manufacturer/supplier. You yourself are responsible for paying the costs incurred when returning the Sale Goods. Payment made by the User will be refunded by Reveel within 14 days of receipt of notice of cancellation, provided that the returned product or proof of return has been received by the manufacturer/supplier. Reveel will refund the sum paid for the products via the same payment method that you used, and to the same bank account number that you used for the Order. For delivery orders, the delivery fee is not refunded.
4. User Accounts
4.1Reveel is a sales platform where the user can buy products, merchandise, tickets, services and delivery services from local manufacturers/suppliers. 5.2The user can only fulfill this payment obligation by using the relevant online payment method offered in the Reveel service. When the User, or the Customer Organization with a Reveel account, has paid the purchase price to Reveel, the User or Customer Organization has fulfilled its payment obligation.
5.2The payment is automatically deducted from the User's credit card, or charged through the Customer Organisation's Reveel account. Reveel has the right to carry out a so-called authorization held on behalf of the Partner on the User's credit card or the Customer Organisation's Reveel account when an order has been placed via the Reveel service. Reveel uses third-party payment service providers to process payments.
6. Delivery of an order
6.1If the User has ordered delivery of the Order through the Reveel service, the Order will be delivered to the place/location that the User has confirmed in the Reveel service. The user must also provide the (street address) Pick-up point for the confirmed place/location in the Reveel service. Delivery services are provided by the manufacturer/supplier to the User or Customer Organization. Regarding food products purchased from specific manufacturers/suppliers: The manufacturer/supplier provides the delivery services to the User or Customer Organisation.
6.2When using the Reveel Service, a minimum purchase value may be required. In that case, you will be notified of this before you place the Order in the Reveel service. If an Order does not meet the minimum value requirement, you will have the option to pay the deposit to meet the minimum value, or to add more products to the Order.
6.2Pre-ordered delivery method: In order to receive the order, the User must be present at the confirmed location from 10 minutes before the pre-ordered delivery time and until the actual delivery time.
7. Collection of orders at the manufacturer/supplier's point of sale
7.1If the User has not ordered delivery of the manufacturer's/supplier's products, but collection at the manufacturer's/supplier's outlet, the products can be collected at the outlet the User has chosen in connection with the Order. The user will receive a separate, electronic confirmation when the products are ready for collection. The manufacturer/supplier or Reveel can determine the conditions for identification/identification of the User when the products specified in the Order are picked up.
7.2The manufacturer/supplier must store the ordered products for 60 minutes (for take-away) (5 hours/one day for products with a longer shelf life) after the manufacturer/supplier has notified the User that the order is ready for collection. However, this obligation is limited to the opening hours of the manufacturer/supplier outlet in question, and the order must be picked up before the closing time of the manufacturer/supplier outlet.
8. “Eat here” order
8.1If the User has chosen the option to consume the products in the Order at the manufacturer/supplier's outlet, the User will receive a separate, electronic confirmation with information about when the products are expected to be ready for consumption at the manufacturer's/supplier's outlet.
9. Time estimates
9.1Any delivery or collection time, or other time estimates communicated to the User by the manufacturer/supplier or Reveel in the Reveel Service, are estimates only. There is no guarantee that the Order will be delivered or made available for collection or consumption at the estimated time. The delivery time for the products can also be affected by factors such as traffic jams, rush hour and weather conditions.
10. Intellectual property rights
10.1All intellectual property rights in or related to the Reveel service and associated documentation and all parts and copies thereof shall remain exclusively attached to and be the exclusive property of Reveel and/or its subcontractors/licensors. By “intellectual property rights” is meant copyright and associated rights (including database and catalog rights and image rights), patents, utility models, design rights, trademarks, company names, trade secrets, “know how” and other forms of registered or unregistered intellectual property rights.
11. Additional terms for use of the Reveel service
11.1The Reveel service is only available to persons over the age of 18.
11.2The user must comply with all applicable legislation when using the Reveel service, including when purchasing alcohol and tobacco. To the extent that delivery of alcohol is available in the country in which the User resides, the User may be refused delivery of alcoholic beverages if he/she cannot present valid identification with a photo, showing that the User is over 18 years of age, to Reveel's Courier Partner who delivers the Order. The User may be refused delivery of alcoholic beverages also for other reasons stipulated by law in the country in which the User is located (e.g. if the User shows signs of intoxication).
11.3Reveel is constantly working to develop the Reveel Service, and Reveel may change or remove various parts of the Reveel Service, including functions, products and manufacturers/suppliers that are fully or partially available in the Reveel Service.
11.4Reveel may, at its own discretion, from time to time allow you to submit, publish or otherwise make available to Reveel, content and information such as feedback or service requests related to the Reveel service, requests related to competitions and promotions (“User Content”), through the Reveel service. You retain the rights to all User Content you produce. By providing User Content to Reveel, you nevertheless grant Reveel a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, use, copy, modify, create derivative works or works thereof, distribute, make available to the public, and otherwise use in any way, such User Content in any format and in any present or future channels, without prior notice or consent from you, and without requiring payment to you or any other person or entity. You warrant that you are authorized to grant Reveel the rights discussed above, and that such User Content and its use is not offensive, derogatory, obscene, or harmful in any way, and that it will not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party's intellectual property rights , right of publication or privacy, or that it will result in a breach of applicable law otherwise.
11.5When using the Reveel service, the User may come across content or information that may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misleading, illegal, offensive or otherwise harmful. Reveel does not typically review content provided by the manufacturer/supplier. Reveel is not responsible for third-party (including the manufacturer's/supplier's) content or information or for any loss/damage that may arise as a result of the use of or reliance on it.
11.6You, the manufacturer or the organization are responsible for providing and maintaining devices or equipment (eg telephones) and connections necessary to access and use the Reveel Service, and all costs associated therewith.
11.7The User shall not: (i) use or attempt to use another's personal Reveel account and/or gain access to another's personal payment information in the Reveel Service, or use another's payment card when using the Reveel Service, without the consent of the other person; (ii) copy, modify or create derivative works of the Reveel Service or other related technology; (iii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Reveel Service or any other related technology or part thereof; (iv) remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices contained in or on the Reveel Service; (v) remove, cover or obscure any advertisements included in the Reveel Service; (vi) collect, use, copy or transmit information obtained from the Reveel Service without Reveel's consent; (vii) use bots or other automated methods to use the Reveel Service; (viii) create a Reveel Account using a false identity or the identity of another person; and (ix) use the Reveel Service outside of those interfaces expressly provided by Reveel, such as the Reveel web apps.
11.8You are not entitled to use the Reveel Service or any content from it for commercial purposes. Any use of systematic retrieval, such as the use of any type of robot, indexing robot, crawler, extraction software, automatic process and/or device to perform web scraping, copying and/or monitoring of any part of the Reveel Service is strictly prohibited.
12. Duration and Termination of the Agreement
12.2The user may stop using the Reveel service at any time. Reveel may stop providing the Reveel Service at any time, either on a temporary or permanent basis.
13.1Please note that the Reveel service may be interrupted or permanently terminated at any time. The Reveel service may also be temporarily suspended. Do not use the Reveel service to back up data. Reveel makes reasonable efforts to provide the Reveel Service without error and in a timely manner, but disclaims all liability and all warranties not expressly implied by these Terms. Reveel makes no assurances or guarantees as to the reliability, timeliness, quality or usability of the Reveel Service, or any goods or services provided through the Platform, or that the Reveel Service will be continuously operational or error-free.
13.2The user who discovered defects related to the execution of the Purchase Agreement must send a complaint to Reveel or the manufacturer/supplier without delay, with clear descriptions of said defects. In the case of Sale Goods, notification of defects must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered, but no later than two months after it is discovered. Please note that in the event of a fault with food or other products which, due to their nature, quickly spoil or expire, it is important that you report the fault as soon as possible to enable a correct investigation and verification of the fault. If you have received defective Sale Goods, you will receive a refund in accordance with applicable laws.

14. Choice of law and dispute resolution
14.2If you are a consumer, please be aware that you cannot be deprived of the rights you have under prescriptive/immutable consumer legislation in your home country.

16.1Reveel has the right to transfer all or some of its rights or obligations, either in whole or in part, to an affiliate of the company, successor, buyer, or transferee of operating assets related to the Reveel service, without the User's prior consent.
